僕の作品が特集された雑誌 ArtTour International Magazine のプロモーション。My artworks were featured as “Top 10 Artists” in the Magazine Spring 2018 issue.
このブースでは最終日にインタビューを受けました。Booth No.149

初日、2日目の Opening では盛大にワインが振る舞われました。
赤は2016年の Beaujolais, bon choix! おいしかった!

会場には DJ の演奏する軽快な音楽が流れ、エントランスには巨大な星条旗がはためく。改めて「ああ、ここはアメリカの展覧会なんだな」という思い。

皆様、こんにちは。
初参加の第 40 回 Artexpo New York 2018 が終了し帰国致しました。
今回は、のべ 40 か国から400 以上のギャラリーや出展者、1000 人以上のアーティストが参加し、4 日間にわたり開催されました。
この貴重な経験で学んだ実に多くのことを糧にしてまた前進していきます。
会場のギャラリー以外にもいつもチェックするチェルシー地区をはじめとして、New York City のギャラリーを観て回りながら今回もまた多くの吸収がありました。
僕はどうしてニューヨークに行くと、必ず途端に元気になるのだろう!?
おそらくそのゴツゴツした節くれだった荒々しい野性味が、まるで磨かれていない原石のような野性味が、他の都市にはないたまらない魅力なのだと思います。
野球選手に例えると、まるで荒削りだが、やたらめっぽう肩が強くて足が速い、そういった未来のダイヤモンド的なワイルドな魅力が確かにこの街にはあります。具体的には広島カープからヤンキースに移籍して大スターになったソリアーノ選手が思い出されます。確か広島時代は、ほんの数試合しか出場機会がなかったんじゃなかったかな。この土壌・環境なら、これまでは何のことかよくわからなかったアメリカン・ドリームというものが存在すると実感します。
この3年間、普段は森の中で生活しながらひたすら制作し、年に1回ニューヨークへ行って発表するというパターンが続いています。
でもまだまだ全然納得がいかない、あと20年、我慢・辛抱・下積みの時だと思って、今の制作ペースで頑張ります!

Why do I always get excited when I go to New York City?
Because it is New York City!

I am so happy that I will be showcasing my artworks with many talented artists gathered from all over the world. I have already exhibited three times in New York City, but this is my first participation in Artexpo New York. So now I’m very, very excited, and I am thrilled to attend the show going next weekend. 今日は僕の作品が特集されたアート雑誌のご紹介です。
ニューヨークに出版社のあるアート雑誌；ArtTour Intertnational Magazine の2018年 Spring 号が発売されました。
特集記事 TOP 10 Artists の中で僕の作品が3ページにわたり紹介されています。
同時に僕のロングインタビューも掲載されていますが、普段何を考えながら制作しているのかを大体お伝えできたかと思います。

アートフェアーまであと一週間、日増しに緊張感が高まってきました。
僕の今までのキャリアの中で、フランス時代のパリのArt en Capital を超える最も大きな規模の展覧会になると思います。

Hello, everyone!
I will participate for the first time in Artexpo New York 2018 that takes place from 19-22 April. As you know well, Artexpo New York which celebrates the 40th anniversary this year is the largest, oldest and best established art fairs in New York. My artworks are presented from three different booths.

1. ArtTour International Magazine (Booth Number 149)
My artworks are selected and featured as “Top 10 Emerging Artists” in the 2018 Spring issue of ArtTour International Magazine. At this booth, the magazine is sold, and my four paintings are digitally exhibited.

2. Artblend Gallery  (Booth Number 315)
My two artworks; ZOUMITU WONDERLAND No.4 & No.5, are dispalyed at this booth. And my work is featured in the Show Catalog and distributed.

3. World Wide Art Gallery (Booth Number 351)
My artwork is featured in the Show Catalog and distributed to visitors free of charge. And my painting; ZOUMITU WONDERLAND No.5 is digitally exhibited on a monitor mounted on a wall.
